Julie Shah, FNP-C, is a board-certified nurse practitioner with expertise in women’s health. She graduated with honors from Duke University, the top-ranked nursing school in the United States. Her diverse clinical background includes work in pediatric cardiac intensive care as well as involvement in national clinical research trials for neurological disorders.
Julie’s inherent passion for women’s health led her to receive additional training in areas such as advanced bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (ABHRT), natural childbirth methods, and natural nutritional remedies. She believes that optimal health begins with seeing the whole person, listening carefully to how they live, what they value, and what they want from their care. Rather than rushing to prescribe medication, she takes time to understand a person’s habits, history, and environment. She believes that thoughtful, attentive care allows for more meaningful and lasting health outcomes.
As the leader of Serenova Women’s Health, Julie provides women with comprehensive, evidence-based, and natural options to support their health and well-being—often helping patients find answers when traditional medical treatments have fallen short.
